Justin McGibbon is the founder of Priority Process, a Belfast-based process serving and investigations firm working across Northern Ireland, Great Britain, the Republic of Ireland and internationally. He has been serving legal process for over a decade and has been a NAPPS member since 2015. He's known for getting difficult and time-critical service done, whether that's locating evasive respondents, tracing witnesses or carrying out Hague Convention service for overseas courts.
Justin works closely with solicitors, insolvency practitioners and investigators in the UK and abroad, and he regularly acts as the Northern Ireland agent for GB, Irish and US firms. As well as process serving, he handles tracing, surveillance, status reports and due diligence enquiries, and every job gets clear, prompt reporting and court-ready affidavits.
