34 years’ sector experience commencing at operational entry-level and culminating senior leadership responsibility and ultimate board appointment with a PLC investigative Group based in the City of London. A successful management buyout (MBO) of the Groups surveillance division in 2007 led to subsequent year on year development and profitable growth success and an eventual sale to the largest international provider of full suite investigative services in the USA and appointment to the Board of Directors. In early March 2024 Steve will have led an MBO via share purchase of 100% shareholding in CoventBridge (Europe) Ltd with his long-term and senior management colleague, Neil Taylor. On completion of the MBO, the trading name will be SERQA.

Building and maintaining large scale counter fraud program accounts for insurers; designing and delivering tailored counter fraud solutions to the UK and European insurance markets. A prior distinguished ten-year career with the Royal Marines included operational deployments around the globe, resulting in formal decoration.
