This award celebrates exceptional emerging talent within the ABI. It recognises individuals who, in the early stages of their careers, have demonstrated outstanding potential, innovation, and dedication, making significant contributions to the field and showing great promise as future leaders.
The winner of the ABI ‘Rising Star’ Award 2026 is Jason Vadasz F/2260.
Jason has been a member of the Association since November 2024 and focuses almost predominantly on process serving. He is an outstanding example of someone who has entered the profession with a clear mindset to provide an exceptional level of skill, integrity, and commitment. Jason is always keen to learn, with a can-do & tenacious attitude. He approaches his work with accuracy, persistence, and a calm, methodical mindset.
Jason consistently attends ABI events, and his peers clearly like and respect him.
Despite his relatively new membership status, Jason is extremely proactive in encouraging new members into the Association. He regularly educates others about the benefits he has received from joining, encourages them to join the ABI, and regularly shouts about how his ABI membership has benefited his business. Jason is always available to offer others advice, technical knowledge, and guidance and does this through a genuine desire to see others succeed.
