This is a full-day INTENSIVE Masterclass, focusing on what you write and how to write to gain the most impact within tight word counts. This interactive session will share with you proven approaches and techniques, and help you think like a professional bid writer.

Course Content:

· Getting right inside the requirement and ‘what they want’

· Understanding “Why us” and how to use that to make your bid stand out

· Successfully navigating The Selection Questionnaire and PQQs

· Key types of questions and how to approach them

· Understanding the client

· Managing word counts and deciding what to include

· Obtaining and using feedback

· Managing your contracts to maximise success

The workshop will be led by Mike McGaun, an accomplished Business Development Manager, Trainer & Security Consultant. Mike has helped the region secure millions of pounds in contract wins as well as assisting small, medium and large companies to secure jobs. He has worked with most types and size of organisation, including mentoring and supporting winning bids from organisations without the size or capability to run their own bid writing team.

Throughout the day Mike will openly share his approach, ways of thinking and hands-on techniques to help you to find ways to compete alongside any business.
