To gain access to the members only section of the website, members need to log on with their username and password.
Your username will be the first letter of you membership type and membership number: F/1378 for example. You can also use your registered personal email address as your username.
The ABI may hold two email addresses for members:-
Personal email address - This is used for emails to members and for logging in to the member section. This must be unique from any other member.
Business email address - This is the address viewable within your profile page and allows for two members working for the same business to advertise one company email address such as firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have not already logged in and and changed your personal email address it will be the same as your business email address. This email address can be checked by searching your name, finding your entry and double clicking on your unique business listing.
Obtain your password
To edit your listing, or be able to view member only posts members need to log in using the ‘log in’ link in the top right hand corner of your screen. Click the ‘Forgotten password’ link. You should then enter your ‘business email address’ as listed and click the blue ‘Retrieve Password’ button.
You will then receive an automated email from the ABI with a link to reset your password. Once you have created a password, attempt to login to the account using your business email address and your new password.
