Testimonial:

(2019 October) - I was researching a high worth individual in a public interest case scenario for a media client. Only by using COURTSDESK SEARCHER did I find previously unknown cases of interest, with supporting data that was simply not showing in Internet search engines or available elsewhere. The quality of the intelligence gained impressed my journalist client who is experienced in finding such information for himself. Tony Imossi F/0847

(2019 December) - Whilst finishing a background research to test the credibility of a party in an alleged fraud, having exhausted all my capabilities and produced what I thought was already a pretty magnificent and detailed Report, I turned to Courtsdesk on a 'just in case' basis and the results took my findings to a different dimension giving the final Report the extra WOW factor.  This is a truly sensational tool for even routine investigations and highly recommended.   Tony Imossi F/0847

CASE STUDY

ABI INVESTIGATOR QUERY (2019 November):

"I am aware from news reports of a specific court case of interest to my investigation.

I have sent a court researcher to the Royal Courts in London and the researcher was categorically told that there were no current/historical matters, please see her comments below: 'I confirm that I attended at the RCJ, Queen's Bench Division. The clerk checked twice for the name of the individual and the company, with negative results.'

Do you have any additional search facilities to enable me to find this referenced case or is the researcher's report to be final?" John Withers F/2004

COURTSDESK SEARCHER processed the names through the COURTSDESK unique database and quickly found the case sought.  It is in the Queen's Bench Division, having been filed five months earlier, and involved nine parties in total, including the company of interest and a further name mentioned in the query.

It seems the researcher's findings were inconclusive (and interestingly, by implication, the Court Service themselves provided incorrect information).
